Pre-Line Feasibility Study — from £1,495
The standard Pre-Line Feasibility Study starts from £1,495 and includes an initial assessment of gas, water, electricity, telecoms and wastewater, available and likely points of connection, high-level route and infrastructure considerations, and estimated non-contestable costs where information is available. Additional investigations can be added and priced according to the level of information required. Where Genesis Utilities is subsequently appointed for qualifying utility works, the agreed study fee may be reimbursed subject to our terms.
